Our Story

Since opening Centro in 2012 our little restaurant has been extremely blessed to enjoy not only local praises but national praises as well. It has always been my opinion that any business is only as good as the team that runs it day in and day out. I’ve been blessed to work with and mentor some of the best and brightest.

From tasting and understanding why scratch made ingredients and toppings make a difference, or why we are so gentle with our dough and don’t throw it in the air, to understanding the wood fired oven environment and how it changes throughout the day there is a reason we tout our products as “artisan made”.

Our team members not only appreciate these unique dynamics they embrace them and work tremendously hard everyday to meet the requirements needed to consistently turn out a great product; and in my mind that is the definition of a true artist.
