  • All of our pizzas are 12 inch in diameter cut into 6 slices with thin crust.

  • A properly cooked pizza in an open flame environment will result in Leopard Spotting (or charred spots) on the pizza crust and adds to the unique flavor characteristic of wood fired pizza.

  • If you would like us to minimize the charring produced by our woodfired oven you can request your pizza to be cooked “blonde” and we will simply reduce the cook time to achieve this result. Please note a pizza cooked “blonde” may be less “crisp” when eaten.

  • Yes! We allow pets on our sidewalk and patio.

  • Yes; we have local rotating draft beers, bottled beer and wine.

  • We do not deliver.

  • We do not cater.

  • Unfortunately, no. We want your pizza and experience to be as fresh as possible and the best way to ensure that happens is to correctly time it when parties are all present and physically in the restaurant.

  • We do! Your server will be able to direct you to those options, as well as help with substitutions.

  • Utah Law states restaurants must serve food with alcohol.

  • We do have a high top bar that seats 4, this is sat on a ‘first come first serve’ basis. However, Utah law states we must serve food with alcohol.

  • We allow big parties, but not in house as a reserved area. However, you’re welcome to bring in a cake and presents but you’ll be waited on as a normal table.
